Bird-Brained Puzzles

Debuting another new format of puzzle on my blog, the acrostic! Every clue you answer will fill in more and more of the quote up top. The first letters of each of the answers will spell you the source of the quote, in this case the first and last name of the speaker.

Dipping my toes into cryptic setting, so it should be on the easier side.
