This is a Robbery (Acrostic #3)

I have a new acrostic up for solving and it's quite the doozy. You'll have to forgive me for some of the more obscure fill, especially considering the modernness of the source of the quote, but my computer is taking enough hits and I didn't want to run the program again. Puzzleland (A Mini-Puzzle Hunt)

  Sorry to all who were concerned about the wait. It was both a drought of puzzle ideas, and a lack of responses to my previous trivia tourney, which reminds me... Don't forget to respond to the form in my last post!   Anyhoo, to make up for the lack of new puzzles, I have put together a mini puzzle hunt! Each of the 5 main puzzles will somehow resolve to a 1-2 word answer phrase. The meta will then combine these answers into one final answer.
